- The warehouse must have a 3-phase power socket to ensure proper cooling for goods. If using a vehicle generator, a fee of 100,000 VND/hour will be charged.
- 48-hour free parking period is provided at the warehouse; any additional time will incur a fee of 2,500,000 VND/day.
- 48-hour free parking period is also provided at the waiting area in Vietnam; any additional time will incur a fee of 2,500,000 VND/day.
